  • Our operating hours are as follow:

    Self-collection

    • Mondays – Fridays, 10am to 5pm
      (If you have opted for self-collection, a SMS confirmation with instructions will be sent to you once your parcel is ready for pick-up)

    Customer Service Team

    • Mondays – Fridays, 10am to 5pm
    • Weekends & PH, 10am to 2pm

  • For all local orders, deliveries will be within 3 business days.
    For orders on a pre-order basis, your item(s) will be shipped out within 24HRS once we receive the shipment.
    We are happy to let you know that we now also offer 2 to 24HRS deliveries for selected products for local orders!*

  • We offer deliveries to your doorstep as fast as 2HRS for selected products at a cost.

    Self-collection is also available for selected products at no additional charge.
    Please reach out to us so we can better advise and address your request.

  • Yes! We offer disposal services FOC for anything below 20KG.
    For items that are bulky over 20KG, there will be an additional charge at $10.
    Note: For disposal services, kindly let us know beforehand so we can inform our awesome & hardworking team working on ground about it!

Ordering

  • To place an order, you will need to first register an account with us.
    With a registered account, it allows you to check out faster, track your orders and be the first to get notified on exclusive discounts.

  • Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days, subjected to stock availability.
    You may chat with us to confirm on stock availability before placing an order.

  • For any amendments to orders, please reach out to us at [email protected] or chat with us using the WhatsApp icon on the bottom right of this page.

  • After placing an order, you will be updated and notified on your parcel status via SMS on your mobile.

    Status What does it mean?
    Pending-Order Order received and will be processed by our fulfilment team
    Ready to Ship Order has been processed by the fulfilment team and will be scheduled for delivery
    Delivered Parcel delivery has been fulfilled
    Refunded Product is out of stock and payment has been refunded

  • In the event that your product is out of stock, you may pre-order the product and receive it upon availability.
    TIP: Secure the product as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Limited units available for run-rate models.

  • We accept pre-orders for products that are out of stock. You may place a pre-order for the item(s), and receive it upon availability.
    However, do take note that the ETA could be extended and subjected to the availability of stocks. Rest assured that should the ETA exceed the quoted lead time, you may request for a full refund at no additional cost.
    Kindly contact us to check for the ETA for such products before placing an order.

  • We are happy to inform you that we offer free standard delivery with no minimum spending! Therefore, you may place a second order if you would like to purchase another item.

Shipping

  • For all local orders, items will be delivered via in-house logistics(TECHA EXPRESS) within 3 business days. We also offer premium deliveries(2HRS) for selected products.
    For international orders, items will be shipped via DHL with shipping rates subjected to location and weight of the product.

  • There is no minimum spending on standard deliveries for local orders.
    For international orders, please drop us an email at [email protected] with the delivery location and a list of products you'd like to purchase

  • Our sincerest apologies if you still have yet to receive the item within the stipulated timeframe.
    However, please note that there could be an extended timing of up to 6-hours during sales and peak periods. We seek your patience and kind understanding and we will do our best to deliver the product to you as soon as possible.

  • You can track the delivery for your order here

  • We will ship out the order with standard delivery first, and then schedule another delivery when the shipment for the pre-order product arrives.

  • If you have received a wrong product, kindly reach out to us immediately within 14 days of purchase for us to schedule a replacement at no cost.*
    *Kindly ensure that the item must be sealed in original packaging, unopened, and unused.

  • We accept the following payment methods:

    • Credit/Debit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD)
    • PAYNOW Transfer
    • ATOME

  • Yes. TECHA partners with ATOME so you have the option to split your bill into 3 payments at 0% interest!
