(E.g. dead pixels testing for monitors, test printing for printers)

If the product is found to be defective or DOA, we will provide exact replacement*. In cases when Techabyte does not have an exact replacement unit, a similar model or 100% refund will be offered.

7 Days On-Site Support
In the eventcustomer faces any technical difficulties within our on-site support, Techabyte will provide an exact exchange unit for the defective product*.
Damages caused by customer will not be covered.
