To make a return/exchange, please fill in and submit the ONLINE RETURNS FORM and our customer service representative will be in touch with you for more information and instructions on the return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, the following conditions must be adhered to:
- Returns can only be made within 21 days after the date of receiving your goods.
- All items must have a valid tax invoice/receipt from Techabyte.
- All accessories, vouchers, products in a bundle and gifts have to be returned together
- Returns and refunds will not be permitted if Techabyte seal has been removed and the product has been opened unless the product is found to be defective.
Once the product is received back at our warehouse, we will do a test and diagnosis before the return/exchange can be successfully approved.
Please note that all products must be returned with reasonable care (such as not showing wear and tear or damaged box/packaging).
In the event, if the packaging of the goods shows damage/wear and tear and is deemed as not re-sellable, Techabyte reserves the right to reject the refund/exchange. Customers will have to bear their own shipping cost to collect back the item.
REFUND (ONLINE):
On approval, the amount will be credited through Bank Transfer or PayNow. Please note that transactional charges (Payment Fee) are deductible and non-refundable. Formula: (Amount) - (Transaction Charges) = (Balance).
(Techabyte has a 7-days refund processing timeframe and a 5-days disbursement timeframe, hence the entire refund process will take up to 12 working days in total.)
REFUND (STORE CREDIT):
On approval, the full refund will be credited to your e-wallet account within 24 hours.
Please note:
- Refund payment mode will be the same as the one used in the original purchase
- If delivery has already taken place, a refund will exclude delivery charges paid (if any)
- Delivery charge is not refundable. Techabyte reserves the right to charge for the collection of the refunded product.
- Products on sale can only be refunded at the purchased price.
- If you have opted for an exchange, the exchanged product will not be eligible for further exchange or refund unless found to be faulty.
- Customer cannot choose to keep a defective product and ask for a partial refund on the defective product.
- Return and refund are not possible if the product box/ packaging has been opened and/or the product has been used.
